  6. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix everything together.
  7. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the pressure cooker to “manual” mode for 5 minutes.
  8. Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
  9. Give the dish a good stir and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Your delicious Cauliflower, Bell Pepper, Potatoes, Tomato, green peas masala is now ready to serve! Enjoy it hot with rice or naan.
